By following her passion and instincts, she shifted to technical marketing and product management to make greater impacts in identifying market needs, creating product strategy, and collaborating with R&D to bring innovations to the markets.

She is a firefighter especially when there is no clear responsibility of ambiguous issues. She can quickly establish network and led cross-functional experts to discuss complex problems. She thrives to work in the high-pace environment and can instill simple structures to boost productivities.
