We focus on discussing the “complexity” of the tasks, and encouraged discuss different perspective if one sees the T-shirt size XXL but the other sees “M”. Perhaps one sees some uncertainty while some didn’t? Perhaps the acceptance criteria is not well-defined? It is a starting point for discussion, not a blood-oath.
